  • We specialize in Creole Fusion cuisine. This term represents a blend of Creole-based cuisines accompanied by Chef Amber's Texas-Louisiana roots. Although Creole Fusion is our specialty, we do accommodate all cuisines of choice.

  • We ask that you fill out our [Service Inquiry Form] for the quickest way to receive a quote. However, feel free to call us at (888) LE - ROUGE (537-6843). Social Media direct messages are not suggested as some messages are subject to be missed due to the "Hidden Requests" settings.

  • As we strongly encourage a 2-3 month notice for booking, we welcome all inquiries up until the 2-week mark of your event date. Although we do understand and accommodate last-minute requests to the best of our ability - all services requested beyond the 2-week mark of your event will result in a 20% Rush Fee.

  • Item descriServices are considered secured with receipt of the minimum 50% deposit according to your final Proposal. Once your booking is secured, this prevents Le Rouge Cuisine from taking any further bookings that would interfere with your contracted services. Regardless of electronic or verbal communication, your services are NOT considered booked until a deposit is paid.

  • Absolutely! Our clients book with us because of our professional and thorough processes from Start to Finish. For Full Service Catering and Private Chef Experiences, our team will be responsible for ensuring your food/dining area is alluring to the eye and clear of trash and debris before, during and at the close of your event. Our team is equipped with our own cleaning supplies to ensure we leave your food area better than we found it. We also fully adhere to all Venue guidelines pertaining to the cleanliness of the Event room, Prep kitchen area and trash policy. Our team is not responsible for leftover food waste, supplies, and equipment from any other food or event vendors not associated with Le Rouge Cuisine.

  • Of course! We have an exceptional, professional and poised Event staffing team (courtesy of Kitchen Kandy) prepared to give you and your guests a memorable service experience. Our team is equipped for Buffet services, Plated dinners, Passed Hors d'oeuvres services and anything your dining vision calls for. We also have a craft cocktail vendor (courtesy of Hey Ms. Bartender) ready to mix the finest spirits for all your favorite cocktails.

  • You're in luck! We offer (2) Event dining options for our clients: 1) Elegant Disposable Plating Packages, hand selected to fit your event theme and decor or 2) our NEW! Le Rouge Event Dining Rental collection of real China, Glassware, Flatware and linen napkins in an array of colors and options.

  • All deposits are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. In the event you must cancel or postpone services, your deposit can be used towards services at a later date scheduled within 90 days of the of the cancellation date. Current pricing models observed by the company will be implemented.

  • Yes! Just want the Food without the bells and whistles? Our team will deliver to your designated venue upon your requests (Delivery fee assessed) Or you can pick up your catering order from our Kitchen Hub. ($1,000 minimum for Pick-Up orders; $1,500 minimum for Delivery orders)

  • Yes! We have Virtual and In-person Tasting options. The Virtual option ($175) grants you a private tasting experience in the comfort of your home with a Tasting box (for up to 5 guests) hand-delivered to you with a 30 min. scheduled Zoom consultation to discuss details, feedback and notes to finalize your menu and services (Calls must be scheduled within 72 hrs of delivery). In-Person Tastings ($350) are conducted with Chef Amber in our Kitchen hub where up to 5 guests can indulge in the tasting menu, with paired wine, for a more intimate consultation setting. Upon booking, your Consultation costs will be applied to your final invoice - Tasting menu consist of (4) a la carte menu items of your choice from any menu or client's choice.
